Terms & Conditions – Queen Saari Bridal Makeup
By using queensaaribridalmakeup.in or booking our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
We provide bridal makeup, aari work, saree draping, saree pre-pleating, mehndi services, and related training courses.
Service availability may vary depending on location and advance bookings.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
Payments for services/courses must be completed before confirmation.
Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment/course start date may be eligible for partial refunds.
No refunds will be given for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Course fees are generally non-refundable once the course has started.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose any skin allergies, health concerns, or special requirements before the service.
We are not liable for reactions caused due to undisclosed allergies or pre-existing conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, images, and content on our website are the property of Queen Saari Bridal Makeup.
Copying, redistributing, or reproducing our content without permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide the best services, but we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of [Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu ] Courts.
